In separate leases, T-Systems took 40,000 sf and T-Mobile expanded its existing 25,000-sf lease at the property by an additional 15,000 sf. The building will now become the new headquarters for T-Systems, which is relocating from 280 Park Ave. T-Systems' new space will also house a data center.
Richard Rosenhaus of Rosenhaus Realty represented T-Systems and Tom Keating and Robert Steinman of Rudin Management Company, the operating arm of Rudin Family holdings, repped the landlord. According to the company's president William C. Rudin, there is still about 250,000 sf of space available in the 1.2 milion-sf Downtown building.
