"Overall, the development will consist of 400,000 sf," Integrity president George G. Marvin tells GlobeSt.com. "Construction of the first phase will start right away and I think it would be done by the end of the year." Virginia won out over North Dakota to serve as the site of the development, which will bring 150 jobs to the area over the nest two-and-a-half years and 350 positions by the close of 2008.

Both local and state organizations assisted in wooing the company, and will now assist in the project's development. The office of Gov. Mark R. Warner signed off on a $500,000 Governor's Opportunity Fund grant to back the project, and the Virginia Department of Business Assistance will pitch in by handling workforce training.
