Personal Injury law firm Ressler & Ressler will relocate from 11 Penn Plaza to the entire 6,900-sf 26th floor of the 34-story building. "This location offered us a great opportunity for exceptional office space in today's commercial real estate market," says Bruce Ressler of Ressler & Ressler, "and we look forward to being a part of the Downtown business community,"
Another law practice, Markhoff & Mittman, has leased the 24th floor, also 6,900 sf. And the Vartabedian Design Group will occupy 3,000 sf on the 324,000-sf building's third floor.
Swig Burris Equities, LLC owns the property, which was built in 1927. Published asking rents for direct office space range from the high $30s to the low $40s per sf.
