NEW YORK CITY-Newly renovated Downtown landmark 48 Wall St. is now up to 95% occupancy, thanks to three new leases. With an aggregate total of roughly 17,000 sf, the agreements include two full-floor commitments by local law firms and a partial floor to be occupied by a design firm.

Personal Injury law firm Ressler & Ressler will relocate from 11 Penn Plaza to the entire 6,900-sf 26th floor of the 34-story building. “This location offered us a great opportunity for exceptional office space in today’s commercial real estate market,” says Bruce Ressler of Ressler & Ressler, “and we look forward to being a part of the Downtown business community,”
