BBL has leased 6,000-sf at 1670 Corporate Circle, one of two office buildings located next to Petaluma's Adobe Creek. According to RNM, the property offers affordable prices, design quality and state-of-the-art amenities.
RNM's four-phase office campus development project in the south Petaluma business corridor consists of 11 tenant-conscious, energy efficient buildings totaling 830,000-sf on more than 42 acres with four separate building sites.
BBL is currently working with RNM Properties on tenant improvements and plans to move into 1670 Corporate Circle in May 2003. Together, 1650 and 1670 Corporate Circle offer 90,000-sf of space, with amenities that include large flexible floor plates, high-speed telecommunications and fiber-optics systems, locker and shower facilities, inviting landscaping and free parking.
"We were drawn to the RNM Corporate Circle property because it is a good fit with our company philosophy that people are our most important asset," says Bob Blasland of BBL. "Plus, the attractive natural surroundings will offer our employees the opportunity to lunch, exercise or just enjoy the outdoors."
Delta Group Realty represented BBL in the deal. The average rental rate for the property is $2.25 psf, full-service, gross.
