PHILADELPHIA-Stamford, CT-based Ashforth Co. has assigned the exclusive leasing of Valley Forge Office Center, a six-building, 480,000-sf complex on a 34.2-acre campus on East Swedesford Road in Wayne, PA, to the Conshohocken, PA, office of Insignia/ESG. Since buying the complex in 2000, Ashforth has made significant exterior and interior upgrades.

The property is on Rte. 202 with easy access to Rte. 422, I-76 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The entire 49,800-sf building at 480 East Swedesford Road is vacant. Other available spaces in the complex range from 537 sf to approximately 80,000 sf, according to Steve Cousart, managing director of Insignia’s Conshohocken office.
