A company contact tells GlobeSt.com that Winternals is subleasing the space from another Centre II tenant who downsized in the building, which is owned by a San Francisco-based investment group. Winternals already took the keys to the office space, which was finished out to its specs. Winternals last added office space in late summer 2002. The firm's sales in its repair, recovery and diagnostic product line grew 34% in 2002.
The company, which develops and sell software administration tools, said that strong demand for its software products, a new category of products and expansion in the international market combined to drive the need for more office space. The office accommodates Winternals' 59 employees. Dan Cooper of Cumming-Baccus Interests represented Winternals in the sublease talks.
