Cencor, Weitzman Hire in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO-Kathleen Leigh Johnson, with PS Business Parks before it exited the city, is hired as a property manager for the firm's four million sf in San Antonio. Cencor affiliate, Weitzman, adds a tenant rep to its San Antonio ranks.

SAN ANTONIO-Cencor Realty Services has named Kathleen Leigh Johnson to head its property management in San Antonio. At Cencor, Johnson will shift to managing primarily retail properties. Cencor has about four million sf of retail space in its San Antonio portfolio.

Johnson joins Dallas-based Cencor from Glendale, CA-based PS Business Parks Inc., where she was responsible for its South Texas portfolio of 1.2 million sf of office and flex space. PS exited San Antonio last year when it sold its assets in the city, which is considered a non-core market.

Johnson has been in commercial real estate since 1989 when she joined the Powell Cos. as a division manager. She also worked for INTCO Investments of Texas Inc. as an area manager.
