"The architecture is state of the art. It's a very unique looking project for Phoenix," Jeff Stone, president and CEO of Summit Builders, which constructed the multi-million dollar Webb Plaza Phase II building, tells GlobeSt.com.

Stone said Summit is completing the interior offices which are expected to be leased within the next 10 months. The interior lobbies features tile and granite floors and cherry wood mahogany walls.

Located at 14220 W. Meeker in Sun City West near Boswell Hospital, the building was designed by the Orcutt/Winslow Partnership of Phoenix and built by Summit for Sun Health Properties of Sun City. It is the first of two projects completed by the Phoenix-based builder for Sun Health Properties. A second medical office building and parking garage, known as Webb Plaza Phase III, which will be built on the same campus, is currently in the design phase.
