Codina to Market 400,000-SF Ryder Facility

MIAMI-Codina Realty Services senior vice presidents Jose I. Juncadella and Pedro J. Garcia will serve as leasing agents for the five-story, multi-purpose building, located in the Westside Corporate Center. Ryder plans to vacate the building in two years, when its replacement headquarters facility is built.

MIAMI-Codina Realty Services Inc. ONCOR International has officially been named the exclusive listing agent for Ryder System Inc.’s current 400,000-sf headquarters building here, which the company plans to vacate in about two years.

Jose I. Juncadella and Pedro J. Garcia, both senior vice presidents for Codina Realty Services, will market the five-story, multi-purpose building, located on a 44.5-acre site at 3600 N.W. 82nd Ave. in Westside Corporate Center. The building, two miles west of Miami International Airport, is close to Florida’s Turnpike as well as state roads 826 and 836.

According to Juncadella and Garcia, the building is suitable for a medical, educational, government or institutional tenant. Redevelopment is also a possibility.
