New Deal Puts NW Building at 99%

AUSTIN-First American Title Insurance will relocate from within the northwest submarket in a five-year signing for a 5,372-sf office in the 93,312-sf Park at 8300 MoPac Expressway. Move-in is set for April.

AUSTIN-First American Title Insurance Co. is leasing 5,372 sf in the 93,312-sf Park at 8300 MoPac Expressway in the northwest submarket. The lease puts the building at 99% occupancy with just about 900 sf open on the first floor, says Vic Russo, vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Austin office.

First American is moving its main Austin office, one of 10 in the Austin area, in April as it begins a five-year lease. It exits 3824 Spicewood Springs Rd., also in the northwest submarket.
