Paradise Place LLC, a distributor for the Sensi and Tommy Bahama brands of footwear, purchased the 2757 E. Chambers property in Phoenix's Southern Gardens Industrial Park in a deal with Quality Screw & Nut Co. just three months after the building went on the market.

Andy Markham, with Grubb & Ellis Co.'s industrial group, tells GlobeSt.com that the new owner will relocate its operations from a multi-tenant project at 5865 S. The Tempe building owner is Fifth Street Industrial Plaza Inc.
