Form Flo signed the 4 1/2-year deal with building owner, Bernard White & Sons. The firm will move in shortly to 3154 N. 34th Dr., Skip Corley Jr. with DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services tells GlobeSt.com.

"They're downsizing and this building was closest to their previous facility that fit their requirements," Corley said. The company, a maker of commercial printing machine parts, was operating at 23619 N. 35th Dr., but recently sold that property in an effort to downsize, he added.

The 27,350-sf, free-standing building, located near 35th Avenue and Thomas, features fenced yard space, two truck wells, four grade-level doors and heavy power. Corley said a laundry firm is expected to sign a lease on the remainder of the space to bring the building to full occupancy.
