Money Mailer Picks Virginia Site for New $8.5M Facility

FRANKLIN, VA-Direct response advertising company Money Mailer has decided to locate its new printing, packaging and mailing facility in a 55,000-sf pre-existing shell building within Pretlow Industrial Park. Situated 45 miles outside of Norfolk, Pretlow Industrial Park is near the Ports of Hampton Roads and I-95. The location will allow Garden Grove, CA-headquartered Money Mailer to easily distribute goods to its franchises on the East Coast.

The state of Virginia triumphed over North Carolina and Tennessee to host the new $8.5 million project that will bring in about 160 new jobs. “We selected Franklin, VA over other locations because it has an ample pool of skilled prospective employees whose work ethic we believe is consistent with our company culture,” Money Mailer president and CEO Godfred Otuteye explains. “In addition, Franklin has the educational, social, and employee training facilities and amenities to support our employees and operations.”
