Currently, he also is responsible for sales and marketing for the Palace Management Group, developers of The Palace at Kendall. Rosenblum's past experience includes director of sales and marketing for Hyatt Senior Living, where he was responsible for two senior living communities. He was also named 1998 Manager of the Year by the Palace Management Group and was recently appointed to its board of directors.
The Palace at Weston will be built on a 24-acre site just west of Weston Road and Emerald Park Circle--the last piece of real estate available for residential development in Weston, FL. The community's sales and information center is located at 2214 Weston Road in the Waterways Shoppes of Weston.
