One of the county's largest health care providers, the Clinic is proposing a 72,000-sf medical and administrative office building in the Columbia Tech Center, a business park in east Vancouver. The two-story building would be built on a 9.6 acre site on the northeast corner of the intersection of Southeast Mill Plain Boulevard and Southeast 172nd Avenue.

Preliminary plans are to have the facility up and running by July 2004.

The project is one of a few health care developments expected to break ground this year. Southwest Washington Medical Center is planning a major expansion at its main Vancouver campus and Legacy Health System plans to develop a medical office building and a 220-bed hospital in the Salmon Creek area.
