PHILADELPHIA-West Conshohocken, PA-based Keystone Property Trust has bought a 500,671-sf distribution center in Harrisburg, PA for $20.25 million, or $40.44 per sf. The center is 100% leased to Quaker Sales and Distribution, Inc., a subsidiary of Chicago-based Quaker Oats Co. and used for the storage and distribution of food and beverage products.

The building was completed in 2000 and is located on 47 acres at 201 Fulling Mill Road. It has a 30-foot clear ceiling height, 60 loading docks, and 250 trailer parks. It also has an ESFR sprinkler system and can be expanded by an additional 150,000 sf.
