$300M Branson Landing Moves Ahead

BRANSON, MO-Located along more than a mile of lakefront property adjacent to downtown Branson, the mixed-use project will include a 220,000-sf convention center, 300-key hotel and a 1.2-mile promenade lined with retail and entertainment venues.

BRANSON, MO-Locally based HCW Development Co., along with the city of Branson are ready to move forward with Branson Landing, a $300-million mixed-use waterfront development scheduled to open in phases, with completion scheduled for late 2005

Located along Lake Taneycomo, the public/private project will include entertainment and retail space as well as a 220,000-sf convention center. HCW is building the complex on city-owned land under a 99-year lease.

Construction will begin this spring on Branson Landing (the project’s working title). Situated adjacent to downtown Branson and about a mile from the city’s entertainment district., the site stretches along more than a mile of shoreline.
