Miller, who has been active in that chapter since 1989, has served on the board of directors for eight years along with several committees. His firm, Miller Construction Co., was founded in 1973 and provides a wide range of construction services in South Florida.
In addition to Miller, other 2003 officers of NAIOP's South Florida chapter include: Cotter Christian of The Hogan Group as vice president of public affairs; Debbie Colangelo of Black's Guide Inc., vice president of public relations; Stewart Pearlman of Flagler Development Co., vice president of education; Mark Levy of Opus South Corp., treasurer; and Evan Brody of Evan J. Brody PA, secretary. Peter Sheridan of Premier Commercial Realty in Pompano Beach is president-elect.
The South Florida chapter of NAIOP, which serves Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, has more than 430 members and is the eighth-largest of NAIOP's 46 U.S. chapters.
