The restaurant, which specializes in Philadelphia-style "cheesesteaks," has leased a 1,877-sf pad site at the 15040 N. Northsight Blvd. shopping plaza, signing a 64-month lease for the spot. Chris Gerow, with NAI Horizon's Phoenix office, who negotiated the deal for both tenant Corleone's Philly Steak LLC and building owner, Northsight Village II LLC, tells GlobeSt.com that the new restaurant will be one of two setting up shop in the plaza at Butherus Drive and Northsight Boulevard.

The 130,000-sf shopping plaza, anchored by Home Depot and Ultimate Electronics, rents for $28 per sf triple net. Gerow said the building owner currently is negotiating with other tenants to fill about 6,000 sf of vacant space.

Shelby Tworek, also with NAI Horizon, assisted Gerow in representing both sides of the deal. NAI agent Ilaria Giansanti helped negotiate for the tenant.
