The newcomer is Peninsula Valve Inc., based in Mountain View, CA, which has moved into 11,000 sf in the park's Building II. The company distributes fluid handling systems for several industries including semiconductor manufacturing. With two offices in California, this is its first in Texas.

In the other deal, Dallas-based Olmstead-Kirk Paper Co. Inc. expands its space with 20,000 sf, also in Building II. It is leaving 13,000 sf at 8606 Wall St. in the Walnut Creek Business Park. Its Cameron Road lease begins April 1.

The terms of the leases were not disclosed, but asking rents at the Cameron Road facility are 45 cents per sf, according to information on Transwestern's Web site. The 11.8-acre Cameron Road Corporate Park II at 1130 Rutherford Lane has two buildings: the 58,775-sf Building II and 79,950-sf Building I.

Transwestern's Hale Umstattd, senior vice president, and Greg Johnson, vice president, negotiated for their company. Both tenants engaged Chris Marchbanks, managing principal in CRESA Partners Austin office, as their representative.
