The total 247-unit, eight-story, Mediterranean-style condo project will be developed on a 2.1-acre site at the intersection of Clematis Street and Rosemary Avenue. The newly added three-bedroom residences will range in size from 1,929 sf to 2,035 sf and are pre-construction priced between $502,000 and $537,000.

"When we realized the demand for larger units, we decided to add a number of three-bedroom, three-bathroom arrangements that offer a more spacious configuration, which many buyers require for working at home or accommodating guests--or simply because they desire more space," according to architect/developer Willy A. Bermello.

Besides these three-bedroom units, the project offers 12 floor plans ranging from 738 sf to 1,523 sf, with pre-construction prices starting at $180,000. The project also offers one- and two-bedroom flats, two-story loft units, and one- and two-bedroom ground floor walk-up units for live/work arrangements.
