AHL will use the space as a fulfillment center to serve the Northeaster region. Its services include trade promotion, consumer promotion, and retail merchandising fulfillment.
West Conshohocken, PA-based Keystone Property Trust owns the Lehigh Valley facility, which has easy access to area roadways.
Bill Wolff, managing director, and Bob Gates of Insignia/ESG's Lehigh Valley office, represented Keystone in the transaction. Locally based Feist and Feist Coldwell Banker represented AHL.
