AHL Leases 17,276 SF at West Park in Allentown

ALLENTOWN, PA-The Arlington, VA-based provider of marketing support services inks a long-term lease at the business center owned by West Conshohocken, PA-based Keystone Property Trust for an undisclosed rental rate, estimated at about $4.25 per sf, according to local brokers.

ALLENTOWN, PA-AHL Services, an Arlington, VA-based provider of marketing support services, inks a long-term lease for 17,276 sf at 7566 Morris Ct. in the West Park Business Center here. Terms of the lease were not undisclosed. Brokers in the Lehigh Valley tell GlobeSt.com the average asking rental rate for distribution space is about $4.25 per sf.

AHL will use the space as a fulfillment center to serve the Northeaster region. Its services include trade promotion, consumer promotion, and retail merchandising fulfillment.
