Located off the Baltimore-Washington Parkway, BWI Tech Park is MIE's sixth business park in the area. It will ultimately consist of 14 flex and warehouse structures accounting for a total of 600,000 sf. "BWI Tech Park has a great location with prime access to the Beltway, I-295 and BWI Airport," IgG America president and CEO Fred Bargar says. "MIE allowed us the flexibility to build a brand new space that meets our needs. They provided a great design, delivered on schedule and will allow us to expand the space as we grow."
