SBG Holdings LLC is the parent company of Sudler and Co., Sudler/Beliard Gordon and Downs, Mohl & Co. SBG Holdings, through its subsidiaries, manages over 155 residential communities with 17,000 units. It is also a residential brokerage firm, employing over 164 brokers throughout Chicago.
Sudler and Co. was founded by Louis Sudler in 1927. Sudler purchased Beliard, Gordon & Partners in 1995 to become Sudler/Beliard Gordon. Downs, Mohl & Co. was founded in 1933 and was acquired by SBG Holdings LLC in 1998. Sudler manages many well-known residential addresses in Chicago, including the John Hancock Center, Water Tower Place, the Fordham and 65 East Goethe.
