"We were able to capitalize on the current market situation to provide RBC with a location at below market cost," said Kevin Drucker, EVP of Equis Corp., which represented the mortgage company in the deal. "In addition [RBC received] an above-market build out allowance."
John Niemi, EVP, and Joseph Zona, an associate at Equis, also sat on the tenant's side of the table in the deal. John Dempsey of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Vornado Realty Trust.
