Among the list of new occupants are the US General Services Administration, which took on 10,000 sf in the park's Dorchester Building, and Greenhome & O'Mara, which committed to about 4,500 sf of space in the TecHill One building. Kaiser Permanente renewed the lease on its 130,000-sf offices, and extended its space by taking on an additional 8,000 sf. Finally, Infrared Fibres signed on again to keep its 8,000-sf space, while Nascott Inc. renewed its commitment to its 6,700-sf office. Although the compound of flex buildings has reached near full capacity, there are options for the future. An additional 600,000 sf can be developed on the remaining property.
