Christopher Ruddy, founder of Newsmax Media Inc., served as an official of the buyer. Bob Sullivan and Mack Gaither of RJS Realty Group of West Palm Beach represented Brandywine Centre II LP as exclusive agents in the transaction.

The property, located at 560 Village Blvd., was built in 1989. It has been one of the city's most successful suburban office buildings, with occupancies consistently above 92% through soft real estate markets. Tenants in the building include Prudential Insurance Co. and The Weitz Co.
