The 30-story project is being developed by J. Milton & Associates. Sayan's one- to three-bedroom residences range in size from 1,235 sf to 2,800 sf, with custom penthouses more than 4,000 sf. The building will feature no more than two residences per floor and a total of six penthouses.
Pre-construction unit prices range from $467,000 to $3.8 million for penthouses. Before demolition and site clearing, more than 70% of the units had been sold. The ground-breaking for Sayan is set for June, and occupancy is anticipated within two years.
