The building can be described as being strategically located two miles south of Northwest Community Hospital, also in Arlington Heights, and three miles north of Alexian Brothers Medical Center in Elk Grove Village.
The property was originally developed in 1973 and renovated in 1991. Both the buyer and the seller were private investors. Asking price was $4.1 million.
