Plymouth Meeting, PA-based Brandywine Realty Trust, owns the campus, which consists of six office buildings with an aggregate of approximately 325,000 sf. Buildings at the master-planned campus, which has access to Routes 476 and 202, maintain near 100% occupancy. Among the major tenants are Jobson Publishing and the forestry division of the General Services Administration.
LHK's headquarters is at Two Campus Blvd., and the new lease is at 14 Campus Blvd. Scott Miller and Joe Conwell of the Conshohocken, PA office of New York-based Insignia/ESG represented LHK in the transaction. In-house brokers represented Brandywine.
