AUSTIN-NetQoS Inc. is staying put at the Millennium Building in the northwest submarket, but it’s sending the rent checks to a new name. The company, which develops tools and services for computer networks, has signed a direct lease for 21,000 sf with building owner National Instruments Inc. It previously subleased the space from Trilogy Software Corp.
NetQoS had looked at other space, but decided that its best deal was to stay put and sign on with National Instruments, Jay Lamy of the Austin office of the Staubach Co. tells GlobeSt.com. He and Staubach’s Diana Holford handled the deal for NetQoS. National Instruments did not have an outside broker.
