The buyer, L-20 LLC c/o Dan Floit, has purchased the property from Elizabeth B. Kamber, trustee of the Lawrence L. Kamber Trust. The acquisition, which is valued at more than $1.6 million, has been partially financed by a $570,000 loan from J.J. Galt Inc.

Chuck Weinberger of Award Commercial Properties acted on behalf of L-20 LLC. The seller was represented by Ron Mazzola of Ron Mazzola Realty.

Investment capital continues to flow into San Diego County's commercial real estate market, as it is currently outperforming most of the nation. Vacancy rates in all sectors of the market remain on an even keel, while sales prices continue to rise.
