Trucking Firm Relocates Into 12,000 SF

AUSTIN-USF Bestway takes an address just a quarter mile from its old location in Austin's east submarket. The firm, based in Scottsdale, AZ, goes to 8201 Bagby Dr. and a 24-door terminal to increase capacity by 200%.

AUSTIN-Scottsdale, AZ-based USF Bestway has expanded its Austin facilities with a move into 12,000 sf at 8201 Bagby Dr. in the east submarket. It must like the neighborhood because the company moved less than a quarter mile from its previous location at 6220 Banning Lane. The facilities are just east of Decker Lane.

USF Bestway, a regional shipper unit of US Freightways Corp., needed the bigger space to accommodate its growth in the Austin area, Gary Beggs, USF Bestway president, said in a statement.
