News and talk station KFYI, and contemporary rock stations KZZP and KMXP, will continue broadcasting from the 645 E. Missouri Ave. building that they have been in for about eight years under a three-year lease deal worth more than $1 million.

The stations share the building with several other tenants, including auto parts supplier, CSC, Peter Nieman, who brokered the deal for Phoenix -based landlord Missouri Falls Partners, tells GlobeSt.com. Located on the southwest corner of 7th Street and Missouri Avenue in downtown Phoenix, the four-story, 186,890-sf building, features underground parking, card-access security, elevators and a water feature at the entrance.

Neiman, along with Phil Breidenbach, Amy Whatley, all of Colliers International, represented the building's owner in the transaction. Tom Auther, with Coldwell Banker Commercial, represented the Phoenix-based radio conglomerate.
