NEW YORK CITY-Media conglomerate Vivendi Universal has subleased the entire 13th floor and part of the concourse at 800 Third Ave. to law firm Levy Phillips and Konigsberg LLP. The 23,724-sf lease is one of a number of law firm deals signed at the 41-story property of late.

Marcus Rayner, Jane Roundell, and Ed Wartels of Cresa Partners represented VU. Frederick Kane Marek and Vincent Tuminelli of the Vortex Group LLC and Daniel O. Horowitz of Julien J. Studley, Inc, represented Levy Phillips. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed, but published asking rents for sublease space in the building are in the high $50s per sf.
