Harrington tells GlobeSt.com she will continue to lease and sell properties for clients in the Downtown market. Her new office is up on Highland Road. Harrington says she may eventually bring on other partners but wants to keep her company small and specialized in client services. Harrington says she may also eventually move down into the Pearl District, where several Trammell Crow Co. brokers have set up shop after going out on their own in the past year or so.
