Slated for completion in autumn of this year, the development is being built on a parcel located near Santa Fe Road and San Marcos Boulevard. It will consist of 52 one-bedroom units, 109 two-bedroom units and 11,000 sf of retail space at build-out. Retail occupancy is scheduled for October of 2003, with apartment residents expected to begin move-ins in November. The Levitt Group of Westwood has designed the project, which is being built by general contractor Comfort Construction Inc. of San Diego.
