Government Contractor Takes Space in Leesburg Building

TYSONS CORNER, VA-The office portion of the 220,000-sf mixed-use development at 8027 Leesburg Pike has taken on a new tenant with government contractor Sytex Inc.’s recent commitment to nearly 17,000 sf in the complex’s 120,000-sf structure. “It was a 10-year deal,” NAI KLNB’s Marc Tasker shares with GlobeSt.com. NAI KLNB acted on behalf of the property owner in the transaction. While the specific financial terms of Sytex’s lease are not being disclosed, Tasker adds that, “the asking rate for office space is $28.50 per-sf.”

Owned by Rocks Tyson LLC, the complex also offers about 100,000 sf of ground-level retail space that is currently leased to maximum capacity. KLNB Retail handles the leasing for the retail segment of the property.
