The property features a three-story atrium, fiber-optic connections and flexible suite configurations catering to medium and large corporate clients.
Among the Galleria's high-profile tenants are American Founders Life Insurance, Milestone Equity Partners, New York Life and the Scottsdale Culinary Institute.
Tom Adelson, Jim Fijan, Jerry Roberts and Kevin Calihan, all with CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Phoenix office, represented building owner, Scottsdale Acquisition LLC of New York City, in negotiations with tenant, Oak Street Mortgage LLC. The Carmel, IN mortgage firm was represented in the transaction by Equis Corp. of Chicago.
