Oak Street Takes 10,000 SF at Galleria Centre

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-The Indiana-based lender clears a 6 1/2-year lease, valued at more than $1.3 million, for the award-winning Galleria Corporate Centre at 4343 N. Scottsdale Rd. in a CBRE-packaged deal.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-The Galleria Corporate Centre has added Indiana-based home lender Oak Street Mortgage to its growing roster of tenants with a 6 1/2-year lease of 10,000 sf of office space in a deal valued at more than $1.3 million.

Located at 4343 N. Scottsdale Rd. in downtown Scottsdale, the former shopping mall underwent a $41-million renovation in November 2001 to convert it into 606,521 sf of office and retail space that has since won local architect DFD CornoyerHedrick awards for the redesign. The property features a three-story atrium, fiber-optic connections and flexible suite configurations catering to medium and large corporate clients.
