Encompassing two acres, the park features a playground and turf area. Known as Breezewood Park, it is located at Lone Tree Drive near Santa Cora Avenue. It is the third park to open in McMillin Lomas Verdes, following the completion of the one-acre Alcala Park and six-acre Cottonwood Park. Alcala Park consists of a tot-lot and basketball half-court, while Cottonwood Park includes a basketball court, tot-lot, soccer and ball fields, restrooms and grassy expanses.
A total of five parks are planned for McMillin Lomas Verdes, as a company spokesperson says the community "will eventually showcase five parks, totaling 14 acres along with numerous trails and pathways, tree-lined promenade streets and wide greenbelts." McMillin Lomas Verdes is located within the Otay Ranch section of Chula Vista.
