Owned, developed and managed by Legacy Partners Commercial Inc. and Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Inc., the project encompasses a total of 281,830 sf.

Construction on the complex's six-story facilities, which were designed by Hanna Gabriel Wells and built by general contractor Reno Construction, began in October of 2001. The completed project features integrated access for fiber optic cable, data and telephone services; two-story lobbies; and flexible floor plates designed to accommodate a range of tenants. Amenities include an exterior sand volleyball court and locker facilities with showers.

Legacy and Lend Lease have already signed on one tenant for space here, as The Raymond J. Lucia Cos. Inc. inked a seven-year lease with the lessors in December of last year. The tenant, which houses its corporate headquarters here, moved into the new space in January. It occupies the third floor of the 13520 Evening Creek Drive North facility, where the company's president and founder Ray Lucia broadcasts his daily nationally syndicated radio program, "The Ray Lucia Show."
