Conshocken, PA-based Fameco Real Estate is the exclusive listing agent forthe sale.

Two of the properties are in Pennsylvania. One is in Schuylkillhaven inManheim Township on Rte. 61; the other, in Nesquehoning in Carbon County onRte. 209 in the Poconos. The third property is in Dover, DE.

The Redners Market at Schuylkillhaven totals 54,460 sf and consists of a51,260-sf Redners supermarket and two 1,600-sf tenants. It was built in 1997and is fully leased.

The selling price for the Schuylkillhaven property is $4.6 million, or about$84.46 per sf. The Redners' lease runs through Dec. 2022. It, like all ofthe other grocery store leases in the portfolio, is guaranteed by SuperValu,according to Eric Knopping of Fameco's investor services division.

Redners Market at Nesquehoning is a single-tenant, 52,825-sf property,developed in 1996. Redners' lease expires in December 2021. The sellingprice is $4.3 million, or $81.40 per sf.

Metro Supermarket in Dover, DE, is also a single-tenant property. It is a65,066-sf store, and the lease expires in May 2014. The building wascompleted in 1995. The selling price is $5.5 million, or $84.53 per sf.
