Elysian Puts Three Properties on the Block for $14.4M

PHILADELPHIA-Lemoyne, PA-based Elysian Partners is selling a portfolio ofthree supermarket-dominated properties it developed between 1995 and 1997.The properties total 172,350 sf, and the selling price for all three is$14.4 million, or an average of $83.55 per sf.

Conshocken, PA-based Fameco Real Estate is the exclusive listing agent forthe sale.

Two of the properties are in Pennsylvania. One is in Schuylkillhaven inManheim Township on Rte. 61; the other, in Nesquehoning in Carbon County onRte. 209 in the Poconos. The third property is in Dover, DE.
