HDR has committed to a long-term lease for 51,000-sf on the third floor of Folsom Corporate Center's new, 151,000-sf office building on Iron Point Road. According to an HDR representative, the company plans to relocate from offices in Sacramento and Folsom to its new space in June.

The 125-acre corporate center, which will eventually hold more than one million sf of offices and a major retail section, is owned and operated by Evergreen Co.

Dennis Neeley and Clyde Rawlings of Grubb & Ellis represented Evergreen, while Frank Pipgras of Aguer Pipgras Associates and Craig Coppola of Lee & Associates represented HDR in the deal. The lease rate is confidential but asking rates for this type of space range from $21 to $23 psf.
