Netpro Computing Inc. will take over 12,303 sf on the top floor of a 49,212-sf, mid-rise office building at 4747 N. 22nd St. under a $600,000, full-service sublease agreement, Peter Nieman, with Colliers International's Phoenix office, tells GlobeSt.com. "It was nice space and better economics," Nieman said of the new location, which offers views of Camelback Mountain.

The company will move May 1 from 7150 E. Camelback Road in Scottsdale into its new offices. The four-story building was the former headquarters for Microtest, a leading provider of network test and connectivity products, which has closed its Phoenix offices.

Nieman, along with Phl Breidenbach and Amy Whatley, also with Colliers International, represented the building owner, Camroad Properties of Phoenix. The tenant was represented by Barry Harvey with Colliers Classic in Phoenix.
