Congress at Fourth Snags Sixth Tenant

AUSTIN-Frost Bank will move its downtown Austin operations next year to Congress at Fourth, the 33-story Cousins Properties Inc. building now under construction in the CBD. The bank’s 52,000-sf lease is the building’s largest and pushes its pre-opening occupancy rate to 46%. Cousin deems Frost the building’s anchor tenant.

Frost moves from 816 Congress, a building that’s now called Frost Bank Plaza, where it has its downtown Austin operations. They include its financial management group and Frost Insurance Agency divisions. Frost also will have a retail banking operation in the lobby of Congress at Fourth.
