Phillips, who has more than 23 years of management experience, joined the firm in 1985 as an asset manager. He most recently served as senior asset manager, overseeing a portfolio of about 3,300 units comprised of institutionally, limited liability and privately owned assets.
Prior to joining Mark-Taylor Residential, Phillips worked in hospitality management for 15 years with Del Webb Corp. and Red Lion Inns in the marketing, personnel management and financial areas.
